Company Registration Will Be Simpler.

The Justice Ministry is working on amendments to the regulations on the National Court Register (KRS) which will permit new business companies to commence operation without the obligation to apply for a Tax Identification Number (NIP) and the Polish National Business Registry Number (REGON).
