Three home counties venues more than lived up to their corporate clients' expectations.
GFK RETAIL AND TECHNOLOGY UK AT PAINSHILL PARK, COBHAM
GFK Retail and Technology UK, a market research company, held an internal communications day on 27 April in a marquee at The Conservatory at Painshill Park. The venue, an 18th-century building set within 160 acres in Cobham, Surrey, was chosen for its proximity to GFK's office and the layout of the marquee within beautiful surroundings.
The event aimed to update 170 employees on key developments and recognise and celebrate talent at the company. Delegates arrived mid-morning for tea and coffee, with a welcome speech by GFK's commercial director, followed by two presentations from the managing director and the operations director. Delegates enjoyed a buffet lunch, with a further presentation from the management team.
