Moray youngsters have been helping to improve road safety around their school.

Members of Milne's Primary's eco-travel group got involved in a project set up to review arrangements for children who are bussed to classes at Fochabers from outlying areas.

The 50 or so pupils arriving by coach were previously dropped off and picked up at a point in East Street, about 250 yards from the school.

Now -- because of the completion of the village's bypass -- they can be dropped off and collected in the school grounds, only yards from the building.
