STAMFORD -- A city man was arrested on several motor vehicle charges after state police say he crashed into two Stamford police cruisers on a highway ramp.

State Police said Mosidyane Patterson, 30, was travelling unreasonably fast, operating under the influence of drugs and failed to stay in the proper lane or keep a reasonable distance.

The two Stamford police cars were parked on the northbound entrance ramp at Exit 8 shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday, according to a state police incident report. The local officers had made a motor vehicle …
