Clackamas: The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office is investigating an incident that occurred last Wednesday in which a 12-year-old boy was bound by his wrists and ankles with his own shoelaces and pushed down a hill by two teenagers near the North Clackamas Aquatic Park.
