June 05--WEST PALM BEACH -- In a move that supporters hope would turn Palm Beach County into a soccer destination, city commissioners on Monday moved forward with preliminary negotiations to bring a mega soccer complex to Military Trail near 45th Street. Palm Beach Premier FC, a local soccer organization that trains players and brings tournaments to the area, has proposed a project starting with 13 outdoor soccer fields and eventually including other athletic facilities, a 14,000-seat soccer stadium and a hotel.
