LONDON
"American Psycho," a new tuner based on the Bret Easton Ellis novel with music and lyrics by Duncan Sheik ("Spring Awakening"), will receive its world premiere production from Brit touring company Headlong. Company a.d. Rupert Goold, helmer of Brit hit and Broadway flop "Enron," will direct.
The musical, a co-production with Act 4 Entertainment and the Collective, will feature a book by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa ("Big Love," "Glee," "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark"). No dates, venue or casting have yet been set.
