The pieces are starting to fall into place for the Weinstein Co.'s English-lingo redo of Gallic hit "The Intouchables."

"Bridesmaids" helmer Paul Feig is in early negotiations to write and direct, and Colin Firth is in early talks to star in "Untouchable." TWC is also bringing "Intouchables" to U.S. theaters on May 25.
