Golden Palm Growers Bhd claims to be the only oil palm-growing scheme that distributes 100% of its audited net profits. Investors are thrilled.

GOLDEN Palm Growers Bhd (GPG) advocates that money does grow on trees - if one invests in its oil palm-growing scheme, that is. And it seems the public and investors are buying into it.

More than 3,000 investors, dubbed 'growers', have already invested in the Golden Palm Growers Scheme (GPGS) since its launch in August 2010.

More than 1,000 growers came on board within the last six months.

According to GPG executive chairman Andrew Phang, the company has to date sold nearly 15,000 grower plots.

'The main factor in the overwhelming response is the unique nature of the scheme in that it is the only scheme that distributes 100% of its audited net profits to investors. This gives them unlimited upside potential as well as preserves the integrity of the scheme for them,' he declares.
