The National Orientation Agency (NOA) can enter into discussions with Boko Haram sect on how to bring an end to the current security challenges facing some parts of the North, its director for Kano State, Alhaji Muhammad Umar Tela, said in Kano yesterday.

He, however, said that NOA cannot presently take such a step because of the difficulty in identifying members of the sect. The director was speaking during a courtesy visit to Media Trust's Kano Regional office.
