Afghan minister voices concern over kidnappings in western province.

[Presenter] The Afghan interior minister has said that by launching separate mopping-up operations and implementing a new security project, the security situation in Herat will be improved. He said that the main security problem was the recent kidnappings, which have increased in the province, and added that the problem would be addressed soon.
