ZAMBOANGA CITY - The education and health sectors in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) are undergoing major overhaul to eradicate corruption and inefficiency in the delivery of services.
Mujiv Hataman, officer-in-charge of the Muslim region, told BusinessWorld that his administration is implementing new policies as well as drafting several mechanisms with the help of the national government. The ARMM is in the process of cross-validating all the data in these two sectors to properly allocate the needed funds.
