Moscow, 20 March: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has expressed a concern about reports on the attempts by Washington to start talks with Taleban without the participation of the government of Afghanistan.

In an interview with Kommersant FM radio station he announced that "certainly, the main participant in talks on national reconciliation should be the government of Afghanistan".
