Moscow, 15 March: State Duma deputy from A Just Russia Dmitriy Gudkov has stated his intention to set up an online TV channel that would give an objective and real picture of events in the country.

"Federal channels are currently a no-go area for opposition politicians and for programmes on which politicians who disagree with the incumbent authorities express their views, while all the talk about the creation of public television does not go beyond declarations.
