Afghan paper warns against hasty moves to secure pact with US.

It has been more than a year since the start of discussions on signing a strategic pact between Afghanistan and the USA. However, due to the lack of coordination in internal policies and concerns of regional countries, a joint cooperation document between the two countries has not been signed.

This comes at a time when Afghanistan has signed strategic agreements with India, France, Germany, the UK and Italy, in various fields of cooperation.
