Kabul, 19 February: Foreign Ministry spokesman: Afghan and Qatar governments should agree on made Taleban liaison office in Qatar.

The Foreign Ministry spokesman has said the Afghan and Qatar government should hold talks before the establishment of a Taleban liaison office in Qatar and no liaison office should be established without the permission of the Afghan government.

Janan Mosazai, spokesman of foreign ministry affairs told a press conference on Sunday [19 February] in Kabul that they are fully aware of the peace talks in Qatar and that no tangible progress has been still made …
