Stocks came under strong selling pressure in the last trading of the week, with the composite index of the market falling below the 800 level. A decision by Eurozone finance ministers to delay approving a second bailout package for Greece and political upheaval in the country, undermined sentiment in the market.

The index ended at 797.35 points, losing 3.23 pct, off the days lows of 780.85 points. The index, however, recorded net gains of 4.62 pct in the week, for an increase of 17.18 pct so far this year.

Turnover was a moderate 85.655 million euros. The Big Cap index dropped 4.68 pct, the Mid Cap index eased 1.57 pct and the …
