Movistar plans to introduce a number of changes that will revamp its commercial offering in Spain. These changes will mainly target mobile voice and broadband services subscribers, ADSL Zone reports, citing Luis Miguel Gilperez, president of Telefonica Spain. The operator started losing ADSL customers in 2010 and was forced to lower its rates to align with those of the competition.
