31 January 2012 - Legal services firm Slater & Gordon Limited (ASX:SGH) is venturing outside the confines of its native Australia with the acquisition of British peer Russell Jones & Walker Solicitors (RJW). Slater & Gordon has agreed to pay GBP53.8m (USD84.4m/EUR64.3m) for RJW, which makes it its biggest acquisition so far. In a statement filed with the Australian Securities Exchange, Slater & Gordon said that GBP36.4m of the total consideration would be submitted in cash, with GBP10.3m of that used to clear …
