Mark Hughes believes that Manchester City could seal the title by loaning out Carlos Tevez to Queens Park Rangers or any Premier League club. This would allow the forward to help take points from City's potential rivals for the championship while being unable to play against his parent club, with Hughes pointing to Emmanuel Adebayor as a working example. The City forward is on a temporary deal at Tottenham Hotspur but he is not allowed to feature against Roberto Mancini's side this season.
