Last month we asked field leaders to send in their reflections on last year and their hopes and fears for this year. This is the third and final installment of the responses.

"Winding down 2011 reminds me of walking through mud up to my knees. It was tough and yet we made progress. The economy was still tough, getting things accomplished in Congress was tough, keeping addiction issues on the radar was tough and yet we moved forward, slowly making our case and gaining more support for the work we do!
