GEORGE Brown lived in a tent for three weeks in Gateshead.

The 22-year-old said: "It was my fault. I fell out with my family. I was not good as a teenager. I got into trouble and I had a drink issue. I know I was stupid."

George, formally from Ryton, feels his life is now on track but the relationship with his parents still has to be repaired.

He said: "I want it to be much better, but it is not the right time yet." George lives at the new Academy in his own private bedroom.

Under the guidance of the Cyrenians he is slowly getting his life back on track.
