IF YOU were born in the Year of the Dragon, chances are you couldn't wait to get this lunar new year started; and if you're not, you've probably got a bit of dragon envy by now.

By all accounts, this is supposed to be a great year for dragons, said to be the most powerful sign in the Chinese zodiac.

In fact, if reports are to be believed, there's a bit of a baby boom every 12 years that the dragon comes around, simply because parents want their children born in an auspicious year.

But, here's the thing. Mighty as the mythical creature may be, don't expect it to breathe fire into the stock market this year.
