Ex-Palestinian PM Quray terms Israeli settlement building "war crime".
At 0504 gmt, on 19 January, Ramallah Palestine News Agency WAFA in Arabic reports on statements by [former Palestinian Prime Minister] Ahmad Quray, a PLO Executive Committee member, in which he described the Israeli settlement activity as "a war crime," that is "illegal and rejected at the Palestinian, Arab, and international levels."
