AN Indian takeaway faces a large fine after it was found to be employing three illegal immigrants.

Acting on intelligence, UK Border Agency raided Curry Night on the High Street in Hanham last Friday.

Immigration checks revealed two Bangladeshi men had stayed in the UK after their visas expired, while a third man, also from Bangladesh, had entered the country illegally.

The two visa over-stayers were arrested and remain in immigration detention, pending their removal from the UK.

The third man was released on immigration bail and must report regularly to a police station while the agency arranges his …
