The people have spoken, and it seems they are not the least bit interested in black and white silent French films about Hollywood's golden age, sweeping first world war epics or offbeat family dramas starring George Clooney . Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and the cast of Harry Potter are unlikely to be celebrating at next month's Oscars, but they were among the winners at the annual People's Choice awards last night .
