WHERE IS IT? Ten minutes from the airport at the top of Dubai's Creek with views of the Dubai skyline and over to the dhow building yard across the water. Sheikh Zayed Road and its respective offices, towers and exhibition spaces is a 15-minute drive away while the industrial districts in the marina can be reached in approximately 40 minutes.
