I am confused with regards to my experience with British Airways recently. I was due to travel on flight BA0106 on March 29 in Club World from Dubai to London Heathrow. After checking in online and choosing my seat, I went to Dubai International to find that the flight was delayed for six hours. I was told to come back later. I found out that the service was delayed because the cabin crew needed to rest before the flight. This delay caused a great inconvenience to myself as I had to miss work and an important meeting that day.

Having been a loyal customer of BA on that route since 1996, I wrote to the airline to explain the inconvenience caused, but its response was not …
