Suit Filed to Fight NLRB Rule Change

WASHINGTON

A broad coalition of business groups late Tuesday filed a lawsuit against the National Labor Relations Board, seeking an injunction against a new regulation they argue would stifle employers' rights during the union election process by shortening the time frame for an election and limiting the issues that can be raised by employers before an election.
