Kabul, 24 December: The teams appointed [by the Afghan president to investigate civilian killings] say that foreign forces have killed civilians.

The teams appointed by President Hamed Karzai to investigate the killings of people during operations by ISAF forces in Kandahar, Kapisa and Paktia provinces said that foreign forces had killed civilians.

Mohammad Taher Safi, the head of the investigation teams for Kandahar, Kapisa and Paktia provinces, told a press briefing in Kabul on Saturday, 24 December, that the people killed in foreign forces' operations in Zheray and Maywand …
