THIRTY new jobs will be created in Lincolnshire as a care home organisation expands. The Hica group, which provides care homes and accommodation for elderly people, is launching a range of additional services next month, including handymen, cleaning and gardening services, to work in their homes.

Positions for professional tradesmen, such as electricians, painters and decorators, are also available through the Hica At Home Trusted Trade Partners scheme.

Hica Homecare managing director Penni Brown believes it is important to hire regular people who residents can trust.
