Retired after 29 years.

I have enjoyed my 29 years of service and my time at the Naval Safety Center but it is time for this sea dog to go ashore. LT Richard Ray is now the Submarine Division Officer and Senior Surveyor for the Safety Survey Team. I would like to thank my team and everyone at the Naval Safety Center who has supported our efforts to improve safety for our Sailors.
