I have enjoyed my 29 years of service and my time at the Naval Safety Center but it is time for this sea dog to go ashore. LT Richard Ray is now the Submarine Division Officer and Senior Surveyor for the Safety Survey Team. I would like to thank my team and everyone at the Naval Safety Center who has supported our efforts to improve safety for our Sailors. None of what has been accomplished over the past few years would have been possible without the teamwork of the Naval Safety Center, NAVSEA, SUBMEPP, TYCOMs, ISICs and the Sailors on the deck-plate; Thank You All!
