Prague, Nov 28 (CTK) - The turnabout at Prague's City Hall that mayor Bohuslav Svoboda (Civic Democrats, ODS) arranged last week is a community-level theme, but its dimension is entirely fundamental, Erik Tabery writes in weekly Respekt out today.
