Status: Agreed - BAFFINLAND'S BOARD URGES SHAREHOLDERS TO ACCEPT ARCELORMITTAL BID Canadian miner Baffinland Iron Mines Corp (TSE:BIM) said its board recommended the shareholders to accept the increased cash offer of CAD1.25 (USD1.23/EUR0.93) per share of Luxembourg-based steel major ArcelorMittal (AMS:MT) and to turn down the bid from Canadian Nunavut Iron Ore Acquisition.
