The China-Africa Development Fund (CADFund) on Friday launched its West African office in Accra with the intent to step up Chinese investment in Africa and to facilitate China-Africa Economic cooperation.
The CADFund Accra Office is the fourth of its kind on the African continent, with the other three offices based in South Africa, Ethiopia and Zambia.
The business scope of the Accra Office will cover West Africa market research, projects, exploration and initiation, monitoring of investment projects and external communication, among others. The total funding of CADFund is set to be $ 5 billion.
