Status: Closed - US CELLFISH MEDIA ANNOUNCES AIRBORNE MOBILE TAKEOVER New York-based mobile-Internet publisher Cellfish Media has purchased Montreal-headquartered Airborne Mobile, a company specialising in mobile-application publishing, but did not reveal the deal price. Status: Closed - US HOMEAWAY TAKES OVER INSTANT SOFTWARE US-based HomeETHway, an operator of online vacation rental marketplace, said it had acquired local Instant Software Inc, a provider of vacation rental management software, for an unrevealed sum. Status: Closed - ORACLE STRIKES DEAL TO BUY ESSO SYSTEMS FIRM PASSLOGIX US enterprise software specialist Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ:ORCL) has entered into an agreement to take over New York-based enterprise single sign-on (ESSO) solutions provider Passlogix for an undisclosed sum. Status: Agreed - US CRGT REVEALS BUY OF JOHNSTON MCLAMB US CRGT, a full-service government system integrator, has wrapped up the takeover of local Johnston McLamb, a provider of technology management services, in a move to expand its market share and diversify its client base.
