The Chairman of the Electoral Commission (EC), Dr Kwadwo Afari-Gyan has stated that the biometric registration exercise which is expected to begin in the first quarter of next year would be done by zoning the country.
According him, the EC was considering various zoning options and would engage the political parties to secure consensus before any implementation.
