Thai state-owned operator TOT is determined to proceed with its 3G network expansion in eighteen provinces next month as scheduled, reports the Bangkok Post. President Arnon Tubtiang conceded that the floods are posing a challenge TOT's 3G network expansion involving an additional 3,500 base stations in eighteen provinces including Nakhon Sawan, Ayutthaya and Bangkok.
