DELINQUENT REAL property taxpayers in the city of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, will be allowed to pay all their accrued taxes and penalties on installment basis, a resolution approved on Oct. 17 and published in a newspaper on Sunday showed.

Resolution No. 186-2011, approved by City Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas, and certified by Vice-Mayor Arnel D.C. Gomez, and Secretary to Sangguniang Panlungsod Cynthia M. Gomez, noted that if the total delinquency is "substantial," and proves to be "burdensome" for the taxpayer to pay in lump sum, the City Treasurer may allow the liquidation of the total delinquent taxes, penalties and expenses in …
