UAE-based operators Etisalat and Du said they would compensate BlackBerry customers after the service outages that entered their third day on 12 October, Arabian Business.com reported. Etisalat said prepaid customers would receive the equivalent of three days' usage, free of charge, credited to their accounts within 24 hours, while postpaid customers would have their monthly bills adjusted.
