Have 'tuition' classes in schools.

TUITION has become a feature in the school life of many students. Some begin to attend tuition classes as early as Year One. This continues until Form Five or Six.

The intensity for tuition increases during their Penilaian Menengah Rendah and Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia years.

Some parents think that their children need tuition because the home environment is not conducive for study. Or, they feel that tuition is the only way to get their children to spend more time on studies.

The same rationale for tuition is equally true for children of the urban and rural poor. But, their parents cannot afford tuition.
