ADAM Jones is ready for "a battle within a battle" as he faces up to Ireland's rejuvenated scrum in the World Cup quarter-final at the Westpac Regional Stadium tomorrow.

Declan Kidney's side dominated Australia at the set-piece in the pool game between the sides, with Cian Healy and Mike Ross outstanding, forcing five penalties out of the Wallaby props.
