In addition to her studies at UWE, Katie Pickett has been organising the Woman South West Boutique Show that will take place in Bristol next week.
"It's not just going to be about shopping, it's going to be about helping to empower the women of Bristol," she says.
"I want them to be able to have the tools I never had.
"There will be around 60 stands, and it will be a mixture of fun stuff, opportunities, and useful practical advice.
