Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has tapped former Marvel Entertainment exec Ken West as chief financial officer.

The company also named new execs for its TV unit, namely Geoffrey Darby, who will oversee the TV division as general manager, and Michael Morrison, who will produce "The Martha Stewart Show."
