Sept. 13--President Barack Obama rolled out his American Jobs Act with great fanfare Thursday, and the men who represent Northwest Florida in Congress are already finding fault with it. U.S. Rep. Jeff Miller was most critical of Obama's proposal to spend $400 billion in the effort to create jobs.
