Sept. 12--PANAMA CITY BEACH -- Tentative regulations affecting areas deemed critical to Naval Support Activity Panama City moved forward at last week's County Commission meeting. The changes are part of the implementation of a Joint Land Use Study completed in 2009 to ensure compatibility between the mission of the base and the operations of the county.
