Sept. 09--The Denver district attorney on Thursday filed one charge of first-degree murder against the man they've always believed abducted a Denver teen from a downtown nightclub last spring. Travis Forbes, 31, will be sent to Denver County Court on Sept. 23 to be formally advised of the charge against him. District attorney spokeswoman Lynn Kimbrough said the office is alleging that Forbes persuaded 19-year-old Kenia Monge to get into his car and later killed her in the early morning hours of April 1. Kimbrough said police developed the location of her body Wednesday, in the southern portion of Weld County, just west of Keenesburg, based on …
