Sept. 07--FORT WALTON BEACH -- A 57-year-old man was arrested late last month and charged with stabbing another man during a fight at the Flightline Pub and Cafe on Eglin Parkway. Panama City resident Robert Garry Springer was in a fight with several customers at the bar about 2 a.m. Aug. 27, the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office reported.
