Aug. 31--Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare has acquired two physician practices, Midtown Internal Medicine and McClatchy Medical Center.

Both acquisitions were made official today. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Midtown Internal Medicine includes Drs. Shawn Hayden, J.O. Patterson and Oakley Jordan and 12 employees. The practice will move from 48 Prescott to 1533 Union. However, Jordan will form his own practice, Jordan Internal Medicine at 3473 Poplar, and that practice will be affiliated with Methodist.

McClatchy Medical Center includes Dr. William McClatchy and nurse practitioner Deborah Martin and 15 employees. The …
