National Drugs Authority Courts Private Sector to Address Drug Scarcity.

The National Drugs Authority (NDA) has announced plans to incorporate the private sector to resolve persistent drug shortages in the country.

The move comes after continued reports of drugs shortage especially in up country health centres for the last three years. "We would like to work in partnership with the private sector to ensure that quality drugs are delivered on time to the people who need them," Mr Gordon Sematiko, the executive director NDA, said over the weekend in Kampala.
